About Heath

Heath Stewart is the principal of Impact Collision Analysis, LLC and has 14 years of experience in accident investigation / reconstruction. He began his career with Georgia State Patrol, enforcing traffic laws and investigating minor to fatal crashes. The bulk of his time as a trooper was spent with the Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team (SCRT) responding to, investigating and reconstructing fatal crashes in order to ensure successful prosecution for homicide by vehicle (1st and 2nd degree). He has been in private practice for 5 years, concentrating on consulting, investigation, reconstruction, and expert witness work.

Mr. Stewart has experience investigating well over 1,000 crashes on both the law enforcement and civil side. Mr. Stewart is certified as a Georgia P.O.S.T. (Peace Officer Standards and Training) Instructor, forensic mapping specialist, Bosch Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) Technician, Bosch CDR Analyst, and Bosch CDR Technician Instructor. His teaching experience includes the following courses: Forensice Mapping, Accident Investigation On-Scene Level 2, Practical Applications for Physics, and CDR Technician. Mr. Stewart has received awards from the National Crime Victim's Rights, Operation Drive Smart, and the Commissioner's Accommodation Award (DPS).
