Heath is the owner and founder of Impact Collision Analysis, LLC.He began his career over 20 years ago with the Georgia State Patrol. He trained in collision reconstruction at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center and began his advanced training as a member of the Georgia State Patrol’s Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team (S.C.R.T.). Heath has been in private practice for 10 years and has testified as an expert in both state and federal courts. Heath is ACTAR accredited and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Heath also holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Chattanooga State Community College. His areas of expertise include: Forensic Mapping, Bosch Crash Data Retrieval Technician and Analyst, Heavy Truck Data Retrieval and Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, Motorcycle, Bicycle and Pedestrian Reconstructions.
