Joe is a field operative and member of our Rapid Response Team. Joe joined ICA after retiring from the Georgia State Patrol with 25 years of service. Joe trained in collision reconstruction at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center and has investigated over one thousand collisions during his career. He retired as a Post Commander in charge of enforcement and security at the Georgia Capitol. Joe’s areas of expertise include: Forensic Mapping, Bosch Crash Data Retrieval and Automotive Reconstruction.
